About these rules

These rules apply to everyone who plays with us. The English version is the one that counts if a translation reads differently. When a promotion has its own terms, those offer terms come first for that promotion.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 and old enough to gamble where you live. It is up to you to check that online gambling is allowed in your country before you sign up and each time you play. Residents of the United Kingdom cannot open an account with us or add money to one.

Your account

• One account is allowed for each person, household, address, phone number, e-mail address and IP address. Extra accounts are treated as duplicates and can be closed.
• Register in your own real name and keep your details up to date.
• Keep your login and password private. You cannot sell, pass on or buy an account.
• You can ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected] once the balance is zero and no withdrawal is waiting.

Checking who you are

We may ask for ID, proof of address, proof that a payment method is yours and statements for it. You have 30 days to send what we ask for. We usually finish the check within 10 days of receiving everything, and we may hold payouts until it is done.

Deposits and refunds

We set the minimum and maximum deposit. Deposits are normally not refunded. In exceptional cases, such as a technical fault, you can ask for a refund within 24 hours of the payment, provided the money has not been used for a bet.

Withdrawals

• Every deposit has to be played through at least once before you cash out.
• Our finance team handles requests within 3 business days, working on weekdays between 6 AM and 5 PM GMT.
• You can have up to 3 withdrawals waiting at the same time.
• Monthly limits depend on your VIP level, which is based on your play over the last 90 days.
• We keep player money apart from our own money in dedicated client accounts.

Inactive accounts

If you do not log in for 180 days, the account becomes inactive and we may charge £5 a month until the balance reaches zero.

Bonuses

• One bonus per person, household, address, phone number and device.
• Casino bonuses have 10 days to be wagered; after that the bonus and its winnings are removed.
• Withdrawing before wagering is complete cancels the bonus and its winnings.
• Slots, scratch cards and keno count in full towards wagering; live games, video poker and Plinko count 10 percent; table and card games do not count. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money.
• Winnings from free spins given without a deposit are capped at £80 and need 40 times wagering.

Start with our support team at [email protected]. If the first answer does not settle it, send the full details to [email protected], with your username, registered name and the dates involved. We reply with the outcome within 10 days, or longer for complex cases.
