Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
We want our games to be entertainment, never a way to earn money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, keep an eye on time and spending, and do not chase losses.
Signs to look out for
Ask yourself honestly:
- Do you gamble to escape boredom or problems?
- Have you missed work, school or time with family because of gambling?
- Have you hidden how much time or money you spend on it?
- Have you borrowed money to gamble?
- Do you keep playing until all your money is gone?
- Do you feel low or anxious after playing?
If several answers are yes, it may be time to get help.
Taking a break and self-exclusion
If you need time away, our support team can pause your account for a while. For self-exclusion, e-mail [email protected] with your request and your account is shut at the earliest opportunity. Tell us about any other accounts you hold with us, and do not open new ones while you are excluded.
Where to get help
- GamCare offers advice and practical support for anyone affected by gambling.
- Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other with gambling problems, with groups in many countries.
- Gambling Therapy gives free support and counselling online.
Under 18s
Only people aged 18 or over may play with us. We check the age of our players, and any winnings of underage players are cancelled. Parents can use filtering software to keep children away from gambling sites.
